This wide scale development project envisages over 50 properties of various sizes and functions: 4-24 storey residential buildings, offices, hotel, convention and exhibition centers, commercial areas, theater, public school, day-care centers, art workshops.
It has been designed by a well known Spanish Architect Josep Acebillo of AUS Architecture & Urban Systems (Switzerland) in accordance with latest technologies in Architecture and Engineering.
Predominantly residential area, “Metropolis” will be landmarked by four 95-meter towers called “Storony Sveta” (Cardinal Points).
Central location in the city downtown, effective urban infrastructure, well developed road-street network, underground parking and large green areas make “Metropolis” a very attractive place to work and live.

Center of the city of Kazan (Vakhitov District), confined by two major roads (Pavlyukhina Street and Esperanto Street) and two side-roads (Lukovskogo Street and Tikhomirnova Street).

Metropolis is being positioned as a prestigious business-class development, built with latest technologies, attractive for people to live and successful businesses to move their offices here. Central location, well developed transport infrastructure (including subway station nearby), abundant parking and attractive contemporary design – all those are extra pluses to the project.

Project Description
The project has been designed by a renowned Spanish Architect Josep Acebillo of AUS Architecture & Urban Systems (Switzerland) in accordance with latest technologies in Architecture and Engineering.
 
The four 24-storey towers housing hotel, offices and residential dwellings will be the project’s focal point.
North Tower and South Tower (hotels) have 11 427 sq.m of total space each. East Tower (Office building) and West Tower (Administrative Building) have 12 109 sq.m. each.

Project Financing
Our company is looking for investors to share the costs of four towers. The rest of the Block B development in the amount of 7 140 420 114 RUB (US$ 291 445 719) will be built by Millennium Zilant-City.
The investor can purchase the land for construction. Tentative price of land parcel in today’s prices is US$ 17 184 000. Construction can be done as by the developer, as well as by the investor. Upon completion of construction, investor can hire an operator or become one.

The land is s property of Millennium Zilant-City. Development project was approved by the Kazan City Main Architecture Directorate.
