Functions of the Standing Commission
1. Planning, approval and execution of the municipal district budget and supervision over the execution of this district's budget;
2. Setting up, change and cancellation of the local taxes and charges of the municipal district.
Range of competence
1. Approval of the local budget and the report on its execution;
2. Setting up, change and cancellation of the local taxes and charges in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation with regard to taxes and charges;
3. Adopting plans and programs of the municipality development and approval of reports on their execution
4. Control performance of the officials and the bodies of local self-administration duties to solve the local content problems.
