Standing Commission for social/economic development and municipal property
Standing Commission functions
1. Possession, usage and disposal of the property belonging to the municipal property of the municipal district;
2. Creating conditions for rendering transportation services to the citizens and for arrangement of transportation servicing of the population within the limits of the municipality;
3. Creating conditions for provision of communication services to the citizens as well as public catering, trading and everyday public services;
4. Organization and performance of activities for mobilization preparation of enterprises and institutions located within the territory of the municipal district.
Range of competence
1. Defining the procedure of management and disposal of the municipal property;
2. Defining the procedure of taking decisions with regard to setting up, reorganization, and liquidation of the municipal establishments and institutions as well as setting up tariff rates for the services of the municipal establishments and institutions;
3. Defining the procedure of logistical support of activities of the local self-administration bodies;
4. Adopting plans and programs of the municipality development and approval of reports on their execution;
5. Control performance of the officials and the bodies of local self-administration duties to solve the local content problems.
