Russia President Dmitry Medvedev announced a gratitude to some Tatarstan officials for active participation in preparation and organization of the First All-Russia forum “Russia – Sports Power”. Tatarstan Minister of Youth, Sport and Tourism Marat Bariev informed a press-conference in Kazan on December 28.

Marat Bariev informed that Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov had received a gratitude letter from Russia President. Head of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Apparatus Shamil Gafarov, RT Minister of Youth, Sport and Tourism Marat Bariev were also rewarded.

According to Marat Bariev’s words, despite the fact that the hosting city of “Russia – Sports Power” will change every year, the exhibition within the forum programme in Kazan might become a tradition. The minister also expressed hope that the forum “Russia – Sport Power” will again return to Kazan in several years.
